Attain inexhaustible energy
Do you have so much energy that you are forced to workout? Do you have so much energy that coffee is over stimulating? This is an attribute we are born with, it is instinctual. You can see this primal energy and life-force within children and even animals. They must release their energy and it is never exhausted; only recreated…as the parents reading this article could agree with. Even when children are fed undesirable energy sources they are still full of energy. These less than perfect foods are mainly empty sugars and refined grains. Sugars produce a spike in blood sugar, which can easily lead to an insulin disorder…diabetes. Diabetes has increased 70% among people in their 20’s and 30’s. Diabetes is also the leading cause of blindness in third world countries. You can also loose a limb due a lack of blood flow because of narrowing arteries, which is also the reason why you can go blind.
Unlimited energy can be so easily attained. All you have to do is eat to live and not live to eat. Your food should be bountiful, colorful, fresh, and alive! Living foods like fruits and vegetables. Delicious pineapple and papaya which are full of enzymes that make you able to have super-digestion powers! These live foods contain specific enzymes known as papain from papaya and bromain from pineapple. These enzymes are isolated and sold in vitamin shops to help digest food. Although the isolated pill will contain a higher concentration of the enzyme, eating the whole food will provide various nutrients like vitamin C, fiber, and carbohydrates.
Most raw foods have an excellent balance of nutrition, although when they are combined the balance is several times greater. An example of this is eating fruit(s) in combination with nuts and seeds. The fruit will provide simple and complex sugars and the raw nut or seed will provide essential fatty acids and protein. This balance will stabilize blood sugars and create a long lasting feeling of satiation. This balance will achieve synergy and “eating for a reason”. This will bring you to the path of inexcusable energy.
The beginning of your day is the beginning of your energy growth. Let it grow and feed your body. Breakfast is meant to break your overnight fast during sleep. It is sometimes hard to regain your appetite in the morning; in this case an introduction period of fruit for breakfast is best. Slowly add nuts and seeds to your fruit breakfast. Breakfast will stabilize your blood sugars, insurance to not allow blood sugars to drop in the beginning of your day which can increase chances of diabetes. Start your day with energy yielding foods.
Oatmeal and other whole grains, nuts and seeds, with fruits, and/or fresh fruit juices are fantastic breakfast foods. Breakfast should be eaten in abundance, and energy is necessary in abundance when your metabolism is stimulated by exercise and activity. When these foods are slowly added in the diet they will produce energy that must not be left unattended. You must exercise with this new form of energy. Whole foods like fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and seeds should be eaten in abundance, relative to your metabolism. You must always balance what you eat with the amount you boost your metabolism and exercise.
Begging your quest of inexhaustible energy should be taken in realistic steps. Do not go from a diet void of fruits and vegetables to eating 4 pounds daily…you will be upset. You will be in the bathroom often if you do not take dietary step in a progressive manor. If you doubled your calorie intake you will feel discomfort, the same will result if you double or triple your fiber intake. Most Americans have 5-10 grams of fiber every day. The average Japanese will consume up to 50 grams of fiber daily. This is a drastic change and can not be done in a short amount of time without discomfort. Take it slow! This progression that must be taken with your diet is the same progression I will provide with my articles, e-books, lectures, web- seminars, vocal guidance and motivation, and web- videos.
